In compliance with SB797:Governor Kaine Announces Mortgage Clinics to be Held in JuneMay 19, 2008 — Governor Timothy M. Kaine announced the schedule for a series of free regional mortgage clinics to help Virginians avoid home foreclosure. The clinics will be hosted by the Virginia Foreclosure Prevention Task Force, which was formed by Governor Kaine in November 2007 to help protect and preserve homeownership in the Commonwealth. The clinics will be held throughout the Commonwealth in June, coinciding with national Homeownership Month.
